Meet Louise Jackson

Louise is a lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, IN and has over 30 years of development experience with a strong focus in higher education.

No stranger to grief, she journeyed through both a divorce (1996) and a spouse's death (2014).  Louise has managed her personal finances through loss and change.  Nine years teaching personal financial literacy at Ball State University led her to an understanding of how emotional struggles due to a personal loss can cause conflicts with day to day financial management.  Louise addresses each client with compassion and care as she helps them move forward.

Good Grief provides one-on-one administrative management services following a personal loss

Death

"Louise’s support in that painful time was exactly what I needed. She coached me through the realities of my financial situation and gave me gentle nudges toward achieving the stability that my daughters and I desperately needed. A few months after Louise and I began meeting... I was offered a fantastic full-time job. There is no doubt in my mind that the stepping stones of Good Grief's guidance are what led me to the better place where I am now. Hire her. You won’t regret it.”
